Project Escalator 2015 has successfully proceeded into its second half. Its aim is to support work of Slovak cultural and creative organizations and help them to professionalize their talent. After first interviews and "stock takes" (broad audit that that covers and evaluates possibilities, abilities, visions and goals of organization) which took place in April it's time for the most intense parts of the Escalator programme - study weeks. The idea is to cut a group of cultural and creative managers off daily obligations and to make them focus on their self improvement only.
